Gayle Manfre, artist, art educator and art advocate
is a native San Franciscan. Gayle moved to Sonoma in 1980 with her husband
Steve and raised a daughter, Stephanie and son, Tony.
Gayle Manfre is
active in the art community of Sonoma. As a watercolorist, her work can
be seen in local shows, including Salute to the Arts and the Vintage
Festival. Two still life paintings are in the permanent collection at
the Lodge of Sonoma.
Gayle has been an art advocate and educator of art
at the local Sonoma Schools and worked as an artist with Sonoma
Valley Schools for over 20 years. She also works with the Sonoma Valley
Museum of Art, offers a yearly art camp and gives private lessons.
